Having worked in residential care and from a background of psychology and being frustrated with the state of psychology the Big Therapy Project was born conceived by Clive in 2022, this idea bloomed and spread its roots within the community of Clubhouse, with upto 200 people through the Sundayclubhouse rooms. The aim of the project was not  to provide therapy, but to inspire, motivate and provide the tools needed for self-improvement.

Means of delivery

The journey has only just begun. The Big Therapy Project is evolving. It has found new homes in dailychange.co.uk and 10thingsdaily.com, expanding its reach and providing even more inspiration for personal development in a community format, A community that transforms personal growth into a collective journey.

And so, we are on a mission to increase our offerings. We’re not just talking about more podcasts or additional resources. We aim to provide life-changing courses and insightful articles in a way that benefits anyone who needs them.
